2002	Atos branched out into digital consultancy practice with the acquisition of KPMG Consulting’s business in the United Kingdom and The Netherlands.
2011	Atos completed the acquisition of Siemens IT Solutions and Services.
2014	Atos acquired Bull.
2015	Atos acquired Xerox ITO.
2018	Atos acquired Syntel.
2020/2021	Atos acquired EcoAct, Paladion, Cryptovision, MavenWave.
2023	Atos completed the creation of two companies, Tech Foundations and Eviden, as part of the wider Atos Group.
