1998	Benchmark acquired the Lockheed Martin Commercial Electronics Company in Hudson.
2002	Benchmark facility opened in Suzhou, China, and the company acquired ACT Manufacturing in Thailand.
2007	The company acquired Quantum facility in Penang, Malaysia, and Pemstar.
2013	The company merged with Suntron.
2015	Benchmark acquired Secure Technology.
2020	Benchmark established a new manufacturing location in Phoenix, Arizona.
2023	Benchmark Precision Technologies opened a new precision cleanroom assembly and e-beam welding facility in Mesa.
