1998	Bio-Techne acquires Genzyme Corp.’s research products business.
2005	Bio-Techne acquires Fortron Bio Science Inc.
2007	R&D Systems China Co. Ltd. is established in Shanghai, China.
2011	Bio-Techne acquires Boston Biochem Inc.
2018	Bio-Techne acquires EuroCell Diagnostics.
2021	Bio-Techne completes the acquisition of Asuragen Inc.
2023	Bio-Techne completes the Lunaphore acquisition.
