Adaptive Dynamic Artificial Poly-ligand Targeting (ADAPT) platform.

A molecular profiling platform. ADAPT uses a highly complex library of single-stranded molecules called oligodeoxynucleotide (ssODNs) aptamers that bind to individual and multi-component targets, enabling them to profile biological samples at a system-wide scale. ADAPT identifies exosomal proteins. This platform can be deployed against many sample types and offers a broad range of applications in biomarker discovery. Caris Life Sciences uses ADAPT as a profiling tool that may reflect the molecular heterogeneity of various cancer types and help improve disease diagnosis.
