1904	Demant Group was established.
1973	Demant Group expanded its production facilities by developing factories in Denmark and Scotland.
1978	Demant Group launched its first hearing aid, Oticon E.24V
1983	Oticon Holding was established.
1996	Oticon launched DigiFocus, a fully digital hearing device.
2000	Demant Group acquired Interacoustics, an audiometer manufacturer.
2003	Sennheiser Communications A/S was founded as a joint venture between William Demant Holding A/S and German Sennheiser Electronic GmbH & Co. KG.
2018	Demant A/S partnered with Philips to bring Philips hearing solutions into the market.
2019	William Demant Holding A/S changed its name to Demant A/S.
2020	The company launched EPOS, one of the high-end audio solutions providers for organizations and gamers.
2022	The company acquired a Chinese retail chain, ShengWang.
