2001	INEOS acquired Crossfield and formed INEOS SILICAS.
2003	INEOS acquired Methanova GMBH to form INEOS PARAFORM.
2005	INEOS acquired EVC and became INEOS VINYLS.
2010	INEOS moved its headquarters from the U.K. to Switzerland.
2014	INEOS acquired SASOL SOLVENTS GERMANY GMBH.
2015	INEOS introduced its new PTA technology in the Aromatics facility in Zhuhai, China.
2016	INEOS moved its headquarters back to the U.K.
2017	INEOS upgraded its Aromatics PTA plant in Cooper River, South Carolina.
	INEOS acquired the complete oil & gas business of Dong Energy.
2018	INEOS acquired Ashland Composites business for $1.1 billion.
2019	INEOS developed Infinia Recycling Technology to make pet plastics recyclable.
	INEOS opened an Advanced Polymer Pilot plant in Rosignano, Italy.
2020	INEOS launched its new hydrogen business to accelerate the drive to net zero carbon emissions.
2021	INEOS donated $100 million to develop new Oxford University to fight antimicrobial resistance.
