1977	Jarrow L. Rogovin founded Jarrow Formulas Inc. in Los Angeles.
1980	The company introduced its first health food store in West Hollywood, California.
1997	Jarrow introduced a shelf-stable Jarro-Dophilus EPS with enteric coating to support the health of the intestinal tract with a balanced mixture of carefully selected probiotic strains for intestinal and immune health.
2020	Jarrow Formulas has been acquired by New Mountain Capital, a private equity firm, for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition will bring resources to promote the company's growth.
2021	Jarrow partnered with Natrol to form a new company, Vytalogy Wellness (Vytalogy). The new company aims to be a wellness company that fuses science and quality ingredients into highly efficacious products that transform consumers' lives.
