2012 Jewell Instruments acquired the product lines formerly supplied by Applied Geomechanics, a division of Carbo Ceramics. To offer new tiltmeter and clinometer products under the company's name.
2014 The company acquired Byte Brothers Inc.'s assets, including several patents and trademarks for its products and technology for an advanced line of cable and device test equipment. 
2016 Jewell Instruments partners with Israeli sales representatives, Transelectric, to sell the sensors and control products of Jewell Instruments throughout Israel.
2017 The company acquired the assets of Gem Electronics, Inc., which manufactures an advanced line of terminations, connectors, baluns, boosters, converters, hubs, and switches. The Gem products became part of Jewell’s Triplett Test Equipment and Tools division.
2020 The company acquired DGH Corporation, a manufacturer of data acquisition hardware, to enhance its precision measurement and instrumentation capabilities.
