2001 Kerry acquired Corol S.A., one of the leading providers of savory and functional ingredients to the food service industry in France.
2004 Kerry acquired Fructamine, one of the leading producers of naturally extracted flavors, to strengthen its position in savory, bakery, and soft drinks across European markets.
2018 Kerry signed an agreement with Renaissance BioScience Corp. to supply Renaissance's Acryleast, a non-GMO acrylamide-reducing yeast enzyme, to food and beverage manufacturers.
2022 The company launched KerryNutri Guide, a new tool to support manufacturers in optimizing products' nutritional profiles while being aware of the various front-of-pack regulations.
