1946	Dr. David Pall founded Micro Metallic Corp., which later changed to Pall Corp.
2015	Danaher completed the Pentagon Merger Sub, Inc. merger and a wholly owned subsidiary of Danaher Corp. into Pall, which had become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Danaher Corp.
