2018	The company acquired American Fuel Cell.
2020	The company acquired United Hydrogen and Giner ELX to broaden its hydrogen generation, liquefaction, PEM electrolysis, and distribution logistics capabilities.
2022	The company acquired Joule Processing LLC. to expand hydrogen liquefaction and cryogenics capabilities.
2024	The company started production of liquid green hydrogen from a Georgia plant in the U.S.
