| 1998 | e2v acquired Microchemical Systems, a manufacturer of metal oxide sensors and modules located in Neuchatel, Switzerland. |
| 2001 | e2v introduced and started the production of the first sensor module for automotive in-cabin air quality sensors. |
| 2012 | e2v Technologies plc's instrumentation business, including e2v industrial gas sensors and e2v microsensors, was acquired by Baird Capital Partners Europe and renamed SGX Sensortech. |
| 2015 | SGX SensorTech moves its production from England to Poland and starts manufacturing sensors and modules in China for the Chinese market. |
| 2016 | Amphenol acquired SGX Sensortech and is now a part of Amphenol's Advanced Technology Sensors group. |
