1991 Mindray was established in the Financial Center of Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
1993 Mindray introduced the MEC-509 Patient Monitor, its first self-developed multi-parameter patient monitoring system.
1997 Mindray received the first round of investment of $2 million from Walden International.
1998 Mindray unveiled PM-9000 Patient Monitor, China's first portable multi-parameter patient monitoring system.
2002 Mindray launched the DP-9900 Ultrasound System, China's first digital B/W ultrasound system.
2004 Mindray was listed as the first Chinese medical device company on the New York Stock Exchange.
2006 Mindray introduced the DC-6 Ultrasound System, a self-developed cart-based color Doppler ultrasound system, and BeneView T Series Patient Monitor, a self-developed high-end modular multi-parameter monitor.
2007 Mindray founded its research and development center in Nanjing, China.
2008 Mindray acquired Datascope's patient monitoring business to become one of the leading monitoring brands in the U.S.
2013 Mindray acquired ZONARE to become one of the leading imaging brands in the U.S.
2014 Mindray introduced the M9 Ultrasound System, a high-end portable color Doppler ultrasound system, High-end In-Vitro Diagnostic Analyzing Systems, and an integrated modular chemistry and chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer system.
2021 Mindray acquired HyTest, one of Europe's leading diagnostic test material suppliers, to develop its core competitiveness in testing reagent R&D.
