1910	SIKA AG was started with invention of Sika-1, a quick-setting waterproofing admixture for mortar.
1926 - 1928	Founded subsidiaries in England, Italy and France.
1935	Expanded to South America and Asia.
1980	With the versatile adhesive Sikaflex, Sika opened up a new field of business.
1990 - 1995	16 new subsidiaries were founded.
2019	Sika completes the acquisition of Parex.
2023	Sika successfully closes MBCC acquisition.
