2015	Westrock, a paper and packaging solutions provider was established with the merger of MeadWestvaco and RockTenn.
2024	Smurfit Kappa and WestRock completed their transaction to form Smurfit Westrock, one of the global leaders in sustainable packaging. Smurfit Westrock will have a primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
