1997	Founded in 1997 and headquartered in France. ELITechGroup is a privately held group of manufacturers and distributors of in vitro diagnostic equipment and reagents worldwide.
2015	Precision System Science, Co., Ltd. and ELITechGroup signed an agreement to develop and supply the geneLEADXII instrument, a fully automated Real-Time PCR analyzer on which ELITech’s ELITe MGB real-time PCR technology is optimized and implemented, along with extraction reagents and plastic disposables.
2018	ELITechGroup and R-Biopharm, a globally active life science company, signed a worldwide agreement to expand their Real-Time PCR assay portfolio.
2020	The company launched FreezePoint, a Freezing Point Osmometer designed for routine measurements in the medical field. It is also suitable for measurements in research and industry to determine the total osmolality of aqueous solutions.
2021	The company acquired GONOTEC, an expert in freezing point osmometer technology, for a full range of osmometry solutions that meet specific needs, enabling physicians to more rapidly and accurately diagnose disease and determine the proper course of patient treatment.
2022	The company partnered with Jiangsu Bioperfectus Technologies Co., Ltd. to test the monkeypox virus across Europe using their Monkeypox Virus Real-Time PCR Kit.
2024	The company launched its first kit of the Gastrointestinal assay panel targeting bacterial pathogens, a CE-IVDR certified GI Bacterial PLUS ELITe MGB Kit, and expanded its in vitro diagnostic portfolio.
